Ordered boots before Christmas. After many calls to Sheplers, I cancelled the order.

Next day, they shipped. Today, Day 27, boots arrived but one is defective. Not a little scratch but the inside, the last in footbed is broken. Difficult to print packing slip & their postage didn't work so had to call again.

Finally, she said return postage was $10. Told her to waive that or else w/ all the problems. Said she would but not holding my breath. Do not shop here.

Especially international people should skip it. After this hassle (probably 15 phone calls) I'd pay 50% more anywhere else.

It's just amazing that you can tell a company to cancel an order and it ships the very next day. They are inviting a class action.

I didn't like: Nightmare, Retrun fee policy, Very poor, Defective product, Extremely slow shipping 27 days.
