I am absolutely livid......you accepted my order, you confirmed my order, you provided an order confirmation, your system allowed me to order my item, yet you claim you can't fill my order. What a terrible way to do business.
My campaign to share my absolutely poor customer service experience will commence shortly. How, in this age can you treat the customer in this fashion. You did not even have the decency to notify me that this order would not be filled. I had to call and ask what the shipping status was.
Do you even know what customer service means?????
