I had ordered a beautiful pair of boots.It said to order up a size, so I did.

When I got the boots, they were still a size too small. Beautiful quality, so I was going to exchange it. According to the website, I should include the return slip, which was supposed to come with the order. Well, there wasn't one.

I tried to find a way to print one from the website. There isn't an option. So, I tried calling - twice. After being on hold for 20 min, I hung up.

Then I tried e-mailing them, no response. I finally sent them back. I used the packing slip and wrote "Return" on it. I had changed my mind, trying to exchange them.

I don't want to work with a company that will not communicate. So now, I am out $10 for S&H. I had tried to order from them before, a few months back. After one week, I got a call, that they were back-ordered.

Then I got another call that they actually don't have them.I am done with this company.
