Ordered boots for my wife for Christmas. Took over 3 weeks to get to me. When they did I noticed that it was the correct box, with the wrong boots inside. Now Christmas is in a few days and there’s no way I could return these in time. Do not buy from sheplers

Ordered boots 12/11, was charged that day. Two weeks later and the boys haven't shipped. Can't email the customer service because the email link doesn't work. Can't call any of their customer service numbers because they all go to a busy tone. Later when I checked my order, it had completely disappeared. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
