Orderd new boots online. Was told by customer service they were in stock and would ship in 2 work days.

Did not happen. Called customer service they told me they would ship the next day. Did not happen. Called customer service to find out why.

They said they would call me the following day with an answer. Did not happen. So 10 days after ordering my new boots I called customer service. Got a answer finally my boots have shipped.

If I new it was going to take this long I never would have orderd from Sheplers. #nonsense.

Ordered boots with two business day shipping. It's now been 8 days and they have not been shipped.

Talk to Natalie at customer service she said she would look into it and call me. She did not. Sheplers and customer service is an oxymoron.

Do not order from this business. JoeMc
