What was my experience with Shepler's you ask?AWEFUL!
Worst customer service ever!! I placed an order on cyber Monday (Nov. 27th) for a jacket said was in stock. HA!
Since then I've received 2 e-mails stating the item would arrive on the 14th then on the 15th. Never happened. I've called numerous times and wasted my day sitting on hold with them, sent e-mails with no response.
And the fact is, I would not be this irate if I could at least get through to someone and find out what the heck is going on.This was my first time shopping with Shepler's and I can say with certainty I will not spend another dime supporting them.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $110.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Long shipping times, Falsely informing their customer in e-mails.
