Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I placed my order for 4 pair of jeans and a belt on 10/12/17...so I dropped a lot of money plus I paid for the upgraded UPS shipping. I understand that each item has a ship out date...

all of the jeans were to ship in 3 business days, and the belt in 7. It is now the 26th of October and I still have not received any of my order...and in fact when I check the order online and call it still hasn't been shipped. I have called 6 different times asking what the problem is and each time I get another line of bull...

the warehouse shut down, they should ship tomorrow(was told this a week ago), and again two days ago and again today...and to boot they tell me it's too late to cancel....their customer service response to the delay and problem was to offer me 20% off my next order... NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

Product or Service Mentioned: Sheplers Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Partial refund...not asking for something for free but for the delay. The discount offered on my next purchase doesn't cut it because I won't be orderring again..

I didn't like: Long shipping times, Customer service, Return policy.
