I ordered a total of six pairs of boots from Sheplers (several different order numbers).The website clearly stated that they would be in stock and delivered by Christmas.
I continued to get a plethora of e-mails saying they were "backordered" and a few of the orders were even cancelled. I then proceeded to call to order replacements. Long story short, five days before Christmas, only two of the six pairs of boots will apparently deliver before Christmas. One order I placed over the phone didn't even show up in their system when I called to check on order status.
Their website is also THE WORST.Forget about using their "order status" link.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Service, Very poor.
