I placed an order on November 30th and The only reason I placed the order was because they had tons of advertising saying that all orders were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. December 8th I called customer service.
The Representative told me it was in final stage of payment processing and I should receive my package before Christmas. Payment processing alone took 11 days. The system shoes that they are done now with payment processing and I have a tracking number which says USPS/DHL. I Checked tracking status on both web sites and both of them are saying this tracking number does not exist.
They are both giving me an error search. What should I think now?
They haven't sent it? Which means I won't get it by Christmas?
