I have been attempting to get a status of an order for the past 3 weeks and online it states its processing.When I call I constantly get a busy signal or sit on hold for a half hour and give up.
When I reach out via email, no response. When I reach out via their website, no response. I was hoping to have this by Christmas but odds of even reaching someone in that time frame are seeming unlikely.
Does anyone actually work in their 24/7 Customer Service Department?I was excited to find what I was actually looking for and they promised quick shipping and great prices but with the time I have wasted trying to reach them I beg to differ.

Preferred solution: Give me a true status on website, hire more customer service reps or deliver my product..
