Sheplers - Horrible customer service! Dont waste your money!!
I ordered a pair of boots from shelpers/BootBarn. I got a size that was too big, so I simply wanted to exchange them. I was told they do not do exchanges, only returns. I sent the boots back to them and 4 weeks later I have not gotten a refund. After 20 plus email back and forth. I was told that I'm basically out of luck. I now have no boots and no refund. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. Not to mention they ripped me off $120+ dollars.
Sheplers - Rare bird boots flue the coup!
Ordered dec.23, 2018 bought the 2 day shipping paid 220.00 and these fools seen them somewhere and sent me a pair for 60.00 pair of work boots. Nice cheap pair of work boots for my $220.00 ostrich ropers . 4 days late ! These people are a joke and not a good one at all. This true story's end, don't you believe anything this joke company has to say. There can't get their fingers out of their #%&$@! Nose to take care of business. They don't deserve my business maybe yours if you listen. You're chose.
Sheplers - Bad service
I cancel a order 15 min after I placed it....they said they couldn't head it off. Sent it back with packing slip they provided ...a month later I am still waiting on refund or credit

Sheplers - 2nd day shipping?
They still maintain that a product that takes 8 days to deliver complies with 2 day shipping--which they charge extra for--they think they get around it by claiming the weekend doesn't count. It still doesn't add up!

Tried to charge me twice. UPS 2nd day is a joke. Buy elsewhere.
Sheplers - Terrible!!Won't. honor warranty
After about a month the heel on the boots we ordered split horizontally. We sent back for warranty and Sheplers said the boots were abused and wouldn't warranty. The boots had not been worn enough to be abused.
