Sheplers - Shipping/customer service

Ordered boots 12/11, was charged that day. Two weeks later and the boys haven't shipped. Can't email the customer service because the email link doesn't work. Can't call any of their customer service numbers because they all go to a busy tone. Later when I checked my order, it had completely disappeared. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
