The worst company I have ever dealt with. Zero customer service.
Phone operators have zero clue. Don't try to send an email or even seven they will all go unanswered. A problem that could have been easily solved wasn't. And their answer while munching on food or sleeping was "yeah we are backed up with email trying to get caught up.
Well why don't you send out automatic notice telling customers their email will go in answered. Terrible!
