Purchased 2 pair of boots for $400+ and a Stetson hat for $200, I was charged multiple times for hat and my bank cancelled the hat charges. I choose UPS 2 day air for my shipping method, Shepler shipped ups smart track which is another name for USPS parcel post.

It has been a month and boots tracking shows the boots made it to Anchorage yesterday. Parcel post has been known to take over a month to ship the last 290 miles from Anchorage and I am told you can’t file a claim with USPS for 30 days past scheduled delivery date. I had to get $600 plane tickets and fly to town to buy a pair of boots last week.

Customer service was not rude but was like talking to my dog “I know they had no clue just sat there with tail wagging” Last time doing business with this wannabe western store. Can’t wait to see what surprises are waiting for me when the boots finally deliver?
