Only one of three shirts ordered arrived here and it was smaller than sized.Three phone calls to Sheplers inquiring about the whereabouts of the other two got me nowhere.
The first two reps said there was nothing they could do to help. Asked for a manager the third time and he said he would track them and call me back; never received callback.
Shirts were in transit over a month and ended up delivered back to Sheplers instead of to us.Will never do business with them again -- they don't care about the customer.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service and nightmare. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of shirt. Sheplers needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
